How to use the Search Engine

The DI Knowledge Base contains questions and answers about our products and related topics. If you have a question, use the Search Engine to find out whether it has already been answered.

You can narrow your search by specifying a particular product and/or category of question.

You can also specify one or more keywords that you think might help to narrow the search. Simply type the keyword(s) you want to search for into the text box below, leaving a space between each one.

Links to the articles matching your search criteria will be displayed below. Click on the question to view the article in the same window, or click "(Open in new Window)" to read the article in a separate pop-up window.

If your search criteria produce no results, try searching a different category or making your keywords less specific.
