The Minerva local branch was opened in Moscow in 2005 and a Russian legal entity "Minerva CIS" was established at the beginning of 2006.

Interdata, LLC (http://www.interdatallc.com) was born in May 1998 as a result of a merger between JUS Computacion of Mexico and Dakin Technology Ltd. of Australia.
JUS was a leader in e-commerce in North America with over 500 installations in the United States and Mexico.
Dakin was an EDI consultant and software developer servicing numerous customers in Australia, Canada and China.
Both companies played key roles in the design and implementation of several major projects including:
the Australian Customs Bureau, the Mexican Social Security Institute, the Mexican Central Bank, Price-Smart Retail chain, and many others.
