BACS.IP For Free

BACS.IP For Free is just what it says it is - a FREE solution. There is no initial cost and it comes with one year's free licence and support. There is a nominal annual licence fee for the second and subsequent years which includes support (telephone and email) and maintenance.

BACS.IP Bureau

BACS.IP Bureau provides you with the option of making funds transfers on behalf of third parties. A typical environment in which BACS.IP Bureau is used is by accountancy companies making payroll submissions on behalf of their clients.

Accounting Package Integration

BACS.IP is pre-configured to integrate with a range of accounting and payroll packages. An easy to use mapping tool is also available to provide integration with virtually any accounting package that can output CSV (Comma Separated Values), text or record based files. Financial Controls

BACS.IP provides configurable financial controls to ensure that only authorised users can make funds transfers over a set amount or to ensure that the total value of transactions in a given period does not exceed a set amount.

Audit Trails

BACS.IP provides detailed audit trails of a user's actions.

Client Server

BACS.IP is a client server solution allowing multiple users to work with BACS.IP at the same time and all view the same data stored at the server. This means that BACS.IP can be used accross departments and offices.

Manual Payment Instructions

BACS.IP isn't limited to only importing payment instruction files from your internal systems. Whilst often a payroll or accounting package will create a payment instruction file for you, there are many scenarios when you don't have a file in the first place. BACS.IP allows you to create your own payment instructions manually e.g. for entering employee expenses or supplier payments. For suppliers or people to whom you make regular payments, there is an address book facility that allows you to save the bank account details for easy access in the future.
