United Kingdom
Data Interchange can provide direct training for organisations based in the UK through its sister
company, eBusiness Implementation Services (EIS), that specialises in providing
eBusiness consultancy and product supply to the UK market, as well as bespoke product
development.
EIS has training programs designed to meet your needs, with courses targeted at
end-users or at the IT professional tasked with the support of EDI systems.
Training courses may be held either at our Peterborough offices or at your own site.
In-House Courses
We run regular courses for our products at our Peterborough offices. These courses
provide hands-on training for the whole product range, where attendees will leave
the course with both a good operational knowledge of the products and an awareness
of the standards and conventions upon which the products are based.
The hands-on courses provide each attendee with a laptop computer that allows the
installation, configuration and daily operation of the software to be explained
in a practical manner. The numbers on each training course are restricted to ensure
every attendee has the opportunity to ask questions and receive personal tuition
with any problems they have with the software.
Darwin 3 Course Structure
Our in-house courses commence at 10:00 am (coffee from 9.30) and will be finished
by 4:00 pm. A buffet lunch is provided.
The Darwin 3 course covers the day-to-day usage of Darwin 3 along with installation
and administration, making these courses invaluable for both your end users and
IT personnel.

Courses On Site
Our consultants can visit your site and provide training. This has the benefit that
the system in question can be worked on directly and several people can be trained
at the same time.
World Wide
Data Interchange provides products to end-users through our worldwide network of
distributors. Each of these distributors can provide training solutions tailored
to the requirements of the end-user.
Please contact your local distributor for information on the training courses that
they can provide.
