The charge per kilobyte for all data that is transmitted by you.
Receiving Charge
The charge per kilobyte for all data that is received by you.
Reverse Charging
The charges that apply to data received by the user from a trading partner that
forwards its charges. If this charge is applicable it overrides the normal Receiving Charge.

Minimum File Charge
There is a minimum cost for sending and receiving files. This minimum cost also applies to reverse charging.
Minimum Invoice Charge
The Minimum Invoice Charge is the minimum amount you will be charged if, and only
if, an invoice is raised.
Subscription Charge
The Subscription Charge is the cost of subscribing to the service on a monthly basis.
Subscription Period
The number of months for which you must subscribe to the service.
Proactive Forwarding
This a free service where files sent to your mailbox are automatically forwarded
to you. [For all communications protocols other than TCP/IP there is a £0.015 charge per kilobyte].
Interconnects
Interconnects allow you to exchange files with trading partners on other VANs and
is charged on a monthly basis.
