On both the Despatches and Shipments tabs, you can view entries that have already been shipped by clicking on the Filter button or the View >> Filter menu item and selecting the "Show Despatches/Shipments that have been despatched" option.
The old items will be displayed in green and can be used to reprint the ASNs using the Print Report option as normal.
