You will need to provide details of handling unit lids if your trading partner requires weight information in the ASN or on the Transport Label.
To do this, open the DARWIN Administrator and follow these instructions:
- Expand the Packages node on the left hand side of the screen and find the entry for the appropriate handling unit.
- Select this entry and go to the Cover page.
- Tick the box to say that this package has a cover, and enter the code for the lid as the cover code.
- Enter the remaining details (weight, dimensions etc.) and save the changes.
Now when you select this handling unit for a product the cover details will automatically be included in the ASN as well.
