We believe Jaguar's implementation of CMMS3 is slightly different to the Ford standard, and so some minor configuration changes are required in DARWIN to accommodate this.
In DARWIN Administrator, please select Ford from the list of Customers and go to the Business Rules page.
Now check/change the values of the following rules:
- "Advice Note Number Generation Level" should be LIN
- "One Despatch per Interchange" should be Yes
- "One Despatch Interchange Per File" should be Yes.
This will ensure that the advice note numbers are generated in line with the Jaguar requirements.
