When you first take delivery of your DI software, you will be provided with a Serial Number Certificate, which should be kept in a safe place for future reference.
After installation, you will need to register the software before you can use it, if the Certificate contains an Installation Code.
To register the software, first log into the secure section of the DI website (the secure section can be reached from the link on the Support page, or from the Get From Web button on the Licence Codes page of the product).
Type your Serial Number and Installation code into the boxes provided and click the Login button. This will take you to the Contact Details page, where you must provide your e-mail contact details and click the Save Details button.
N.B. Please ensure that the contact e-mail address is correct, as this is the means by which we will send you your upgraded Licence code.
If we have received your payment for the product, we will e-mail your full Licence code to you immediately.
Please note that this will automatically activate your product and your Annual Licence will begin to run from this point.
If payment has not been received, we will instead send you a Time-restricted code, valid for 45 days only.
If you lose the new Licence code we send you, you can still login to the secure section of the DI website at any time, using your Installation code.
