You will be asked to quote your Serial Number and Licence Code when you contact us for Support. You can find the Serial Number/Licence Code of each product as follows:
- DARWIN 2: From the Maintenance menu, select Licence codes.
- DARWIN 3: The serial number is shown when starting any DARWIN 3 application, and can also be found from the Help/About menu. The serial number and licence code can be found in the DARWIN Administrator under System Admin/Licence codes.
- ODEX Windows/Professional: Select Maintenance/About/Update.
- ODEX Enterprise: The serial number is shown when starting any ODEX Enterprise application, and can also be found from the Help/About menu. The serial number and licence code can be found in the ODEX Administrator under System/Licence codes.
- BACS.IP: The serial number is shown when starting either of the BACS.IP applications, and can also be found from the Help/About menu. The serial number and licence code can be found in the BACS.IP Administrator under Licence codes.
- DEVILS: From the Maintenance menu, select Licence codes.
- Xe: The serial number is shown when starting the Xe application. The serial number and licence code can be found from the Help/Registration Details menu.
- ODEX Plus (Unix): The Serial Number and Licence are in the ODEXCC.PRM configuration file.
- ODEX400 (AS/400): Run the WRKODXCFG program. The Serial number and Authorisation key can be found here.
- ODEXMVS (mainframe): The serial number is based on your CPU ID. Send us the output of "D M=CPU".
