If you want to upgrade from ODEX Professional to ODEX Enterprise, you will only be able to access ODEX Professional downloads on our website, as you only have a Serial Number and Licence Code for ODEX Professional.
You should send an email to our Sales department (sales@dip.co.uk) quoting your current ODEX serial number. They will then provide you with a new software licence for ODEX Enterprise.
If you then log onto our website using the new Serial Number and Licence Code you will be taken to the ODEX Enterprise downloads section.
When upgrading from ODEX Professional, you will need the larger of the two downloads, as it contains some Microsoft components that were not provided with ODEX Professional.
