The default connection retry time is 10 minutes. If this is too long or too short for your requirements you may wish to change it, as follows:
- Within ODEX, select the User Directory (Handshake icon).
- Highlight the customer that you wish to change the Retry time for and press the 'Last Call' option at the bottom of the dialog.
- Change the 'Attempt to Connect' option to the required number of minutes.
