How to change the connection retry time in ODEX Professional.

The default connection retry time is 10 minutes. If this is too long or too short for your requirements you may wish to change it, as follows:

  1. Within ODEX, select the User Directory (Handshake icon).
  2. Highlight the customer that you wish to change the Retry time for and press the 'Last Call' option at the bottom of the dialog.
  3. Change the 'Attempt to Connect' option to the required number of minutes.
