This message may occur on receipt of an ENGDAT file.
The likely cause is that the ENGDAT entry in the Index file is incorrect for the file you are receiving.
You need to add another ENGDAT entry to the index, with slightly different details within the brackets and a different in-house id.
Your current ENGDAT entry probably looks like this:

MSG,(ENGDAT,1,,UNOA,1),DIPENG00.EDF,'DIPENG00'

Therefore you need to add the following entry:
