Applies To: DEVILS
More Information:

This situation can occur if one or more of the following is applicable:

  • the vehicle in question has a SORN notification against it
  • the DVLA do not have complete details for the owner
  • the number plate has recently changed (eg private plate)

This ZIP file contains an SQL Query, batch file and exe - Devils.zip

Please extract the contents of the ZIP file to the DEVILS installation directory (usually C:\Program Files\Data Interchange Plc\Devils) and run the RemoveEnquiries.bat file.

This will remove any enquiries which are waiting for a response and which are older than 15 days.

Although this has been tested here, you should take a backup copy of the file DVLA.MDB (from the same directory) before running this command.
