You should contact your sponsoring bank's BACSTEL-IP migration team who should be able to confirm that you have completed the testing and are able to go live.
The only change required within the BACS.IP software is to change the Submission Status to Live. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Open the BACS.IP Administrator.
- Select the "Service Users" section.
- Double left click on the Service User which the Bank has confirmed can go Live.
- Change the "Submission Status" drop down to "Live" and Save the change.
Please note, this will only affect payment files imported after the Submission status change. All files imported before the Submission Status change are still treated as Test Submissions.
