The status of an Active Submission is still "Awaiting processing" after the submission is sent and I have synchronised the reports.

This situation will occur if you are currently sending submissions at Full Test status.

The test reports do not trigger a change of status because they are generic reports that are not linked to your submission references. Live reports will automatically be linked to the corresponding submission and its status will be updated accordingly to "Processed".
