When you have obtained your new Licence code, you must apply it to the product.
If your product is a client/server system (i.e. DARWIN 3, ODEX Enterprise or BACS.IP), open the Administrator application of your software and locate the Licence Codes page.
For all products, the instructions below explain how to find the Licence Codes page. The dialog will display your Product Serial Number, current Licence Code and Facilities Code (if applicable).
Copy or type in your new Licence Code into the Licence Code field.
You should now see an indication that the new Licence Code has been accepted, enabling you to continue using the software for a further 12 months.
DARWIN 3
For DARWIN 3, the Licence Codes page is accessible via the second node on the System Admin page.

For ODEX Enterprise, the Licence Codes page is accessible via the last node on the System page.

ODEX Professional
For ODEX Professional, select the menu option "Help", then "About ODEX" from the dropdown list, then click the "Update" button on the About ODEX dialog. This will bring up the Product Information dialog.

For DEVILS, select the menu option "Maintenance", then select "Licence Codes" from the dropdown list. This will bring up the Licence Codes Maintenance dialog.
